＊若有無法補件之情形 可協助買方聯繫工作室是否可安排寄回檢修
買方須於收到商品後七日內提供全程不中斷開箱錄影 (很重要 第5點有說明)
檢修免費 買方僅需負擔來回寄送的運費

《特殊情況》
1. 缺件、瑕疵
→ 若有缺少零件，以補件為主；商品是否有瑕疵須由原廠、工作室判定
2. 透明件斷裂、燈效或音效等電子零件
→ 透明零件以補件為主；燈效及音效等電子零件無法售後
3. 地台損壞、與地台相連不可拆卸配件損壞、大型的一體成形零件
→ 多數情況下原廠不提供售後，以自行修復或安排台灣本地修復為主
4. 原廠特別提出建議的處理方式
→ 若原廠有特別提出建議的處理方式，則依原廠建議的方式為主
5. 人為因素
→ 若開箱不當(如大力碰撞、嚴重側傾、拿取不當等)導致商品斷裂，則不在售後服務範圍內
＊所以開箱錄影很重要！可以向工作室證明開箱時沒有不當外力造成斷件，而是運送時造成
6. 外盒有運損、壓痕、皺褶等
→ 運輸箱、外盒皆不在售後服務範圍內
7. 現貨商品、特價商品、優惠活動商品
→ 以上商品無法與原廠申請售後服務(包含補件、維修等)

售後服務視修復難易度、原廠作業時程安排，恕無法保證維修時長。
原廠修復為國際寄送，來回運送過程中無法保證商品是否會有其他處再次斷裂。
若送修後寄回又有發生斷件的情形(二次斷件)，則不在我方售後服務範圍內。
若覺得送修海外原廠過於麻煩，亦可聯繫我方IG客服改由台灣本地進行修復。
若於台灣本地修復，以我們配合的修復師所提供的修復方案為主。
若逾期七日內未提供全程不中斷開箱影片將不予受理售後服務。
